POON Wing Pui, David - Senior Food Licence Consultant & Quality Manager Mr. Poon, a former Chief Health Inspector in the Food & Environmental Hygiene Department, joined A&D in 2001 as Associate Partner and Consultant. He is our Quality Manager responsible for looking after the quality of service delivery, as well as customer services.
