For increasing the turnover, employers would like to sell alcoholic beverages in their premises, but do they know how to apply a liquor license?

According to the laws of Hong Kong, the owners of premises must have effective food licences or club licences if the owners want to sell or provide alcoholic beverages in their premises.

Employers cannot sell alcoholic beverages without licence. On conviction of any violation of the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, a person is liable to the maximum penalty of a fine of HK$1,000,000 and imprisonment for two years.
