Arts & Design Consultancy Limited was first established its business in 1996 to provide consultancy services for food premises licensing & liquor licence, and up to now we have successfully handled over 2500 cases. Through years of experience gained and employment of professional staff, our business has also extended to cover other licensing consultancy services for hotels, food courts, club houses, karaoke establishments, etc., as well as project management of some of these premises. We could also assist our clients in budgeting, market analysis & business development for their food business. As an associate partner with Kwun Tong Vocational Training Centre, we do have qualified staff to deliver lectures to food business personnel and food-handlers in the Food Hygiene Manager Courses joint-organized with Kwun Tong Vocational Training Centre.
